Rusty Frame Job - Any takers?

Ok, so this guy Nick off of CL bought some wheels off me the other day and showed up with this sick wheeler! We talked a good while.. Cool guy. He should come wheelin with us and join BSA. But, he cant wheel cuz his frame is rusted through. Anyone want to fix it or know of someone willing to? It should get a new frame ideally but I think it's possible to repair so it won't break as easily. He is willing to pay if anyone wants to tackle this.

The problem:

I'd try to find a new frame that isn't rusted out. Problem is, that one is probably rusted throughout the entire frame. You can patch it but it'll be like chasing your tail and you'll never know where the rust will pop through next. Toyota has a rusted out frame recall for the next 2 generations after that, not sure if it goes back to that gen.

and its the 1st 2 gen tacoma's that were made here in the states....
