RAW MATERIAL

I have access to four 20ft sticks of .250 wall 2x2 SQ tube. I get it for scrap rate wich was 9 cents a pound last I checked

This stuff will make excellant sliders/ heavy duty bumpers. If anybody wants some let me know how long you need it.

One stick will be 5 dollars. i will bring the first stick home today, The rest I will get monday.

I have to cut them into 10ft chunks to get them home.

They are straight, just a little surface rust.

I have loads of old hoods 1/4 panels etc that are free. scrap bin!

I deal mostly in plate. 16 guage is the thin stuff, .105, .187, .250, and .375 are all easy to get.

The shackles on the toyota are .375 plasma cut, drilled and reamed, the front's were formed at my buddies shop in arlington. all hole locations withen .010. I noticed aftermarket ones hold about .030. But then, they are just shackles.

Hoods do make the best material for patching most things up, and I could use one for some half doors I am making.

.010...that's tooling tolerance, lol...

I'll probably be in the market for some .250 when I run out of what I got now.

Just need some sheet metal to cover the holes in my floor around my shifters.
